You are looking at a North American 7pc Plug Hand Taps, ( 3- 1-3/8-12 6 Flute, 2- 1-1/4-12 6 Flute, 1- 1-1/8-12 4 Flute, 1- 7/8-14 4 Flute). They are used but in good condition. They do show signs of minor use with scuffs, scratches, and grime all around each piece. But nothing too major or too distracting. Just minor wear and tear from minimal use. Looks like they have spent most of its life in storage. Everything appears to be fully functional.
